Sarnia native Abigail Gordon, 9, is one of 16 players selected to compete in her age division at the U.S. National Championships Sept. 28 to Oct. 1.
She qualified for the Little Mo National Championships in Austin, Texas, by placing third at the East Regional tournament in late July.
Gordon, now based in Florida, played recently at the annual Francis Robinson tournament in Port Huron. She placed second in the 12-year-old and under division.
At the U.S. nationals she will compete against other nine-year-olds.
