The unemployment rate in Sarnia-Lambton declined to 8.5% in May, according to the Sarnia-Lambton Workforce Development Board.
That’s continued a downward trend in the jobless rate, which stood at 9% last year, and 10.1% in 2012.
The Ontario unemployment rate in May was 7.6%.
