The local chapter of the Learning Disabilities Association of Ontario is ceasing operations.
The board of directors said in a release the organization lacks the internal resources to continue and tried but was unable to form a partnership with other organizations.
It thanked the staff, volunteers and many community agencies that supported its work helping children and adults with learning disabilities over the years.
The final day of operations is March 31.
