Many local resident can expect a knock on the door Saturday morning when the 31st annual Irish Miracle returns.
More than 500 students, teachers and parents will sweep the streets of Sarnia and Point Edward collecting canned goods and nonperishable food items for the St. Vincent de Paul Society.
The Dec. 6 food drive is expected to collect about 6,000 bags of food for the less fortunate.
