Burst water pipes during last week’s deep freeze damaged a sprinkler near the main entrance, which is expected to be closed until January 29.

The temporary public entrance is off Russell Street and normally used by staff only.

Water pipes also burst in lab services at Petrolia’s Charlotte Eleanor Englehart Hospital operated by Bluewater Health. Anyone with non-urgent tests is asked to wait until repairs are finished for their lab work.

It’s expected repairs at CEE Hospital should be complete by Jan. 22.

All services continue to be available at both hospital locations.
