Bluewater Health has added three new specialists to its professional staff.
Dr. Okechukwu Anyaegbuna is a psychiatrist who will also serve as the new medical director of the mental health and addiction services program.
He earned his medical degree in Nigeria and has been practicing at the Saint John Regional hospital in New Brunswick.
Dr. George Farag is a cardiologist who went to medical school in Egypt before immigrating to Canada with his family.
He took additional training at McMaster and Western universities and is skilled in cardiac CT and cardiac nuclear imaging.
And Dr. Vajid Khan is a radiologist joining the hospital’s diagnostic imaging department.
He completed his medical degree at Western, took his residency at McMaster University and has most recently been working and teaching in London.
