A variety of day and evening sessions are available through Lambton Public Health. Free childcare is provided for children ages 0-6 years at many of them.

Sessions in the immediate Sarnia in coming weeks include Toddler Talk, Nobody's Perfect, Building Resilience in Children, Tween to Teen, and Parenting Matters.

"Parenting sessions are a great, informal source of information that help parents, grandparents, and caregivers use positive discipline and communication skills,” said Miranda Clubb, public health nurse with Lambton Public Health.
