Former Sarnia Sting Kyle Neuber's first game-winning goal of the season came at an opportune time.

Neuber scored in overtime to lift the University of Guelph to a 3-2 win over UQTR in the bronze medal game at the Canadian Interuniversity Sport (CIS) men's hockey tournament in Halifax.

Another former Sting, Daniel Broussard, assisted on the goal.

In the gold medal game, the University of Alberta Golden Bears doubled the University of New Brunswick Varsity Reds, 6-3. Still another ex-Sting, Adrian Robertson, scored in a losing cause for UNB.
