College students hosting special day camp

Students in Lambton College’s developmental services worker program are hosting their 3rd annual day camp for individuals with developmental disabilities, on Aug. 8 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Students in Lambton College’s developmental services worker program are hosting their 3rd annual day camp for individuals with developmental disabilities, on Aug. 8 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The free camp allows campers aged five to seniors participate in activities such as water balloon volleyball, pool noodle javelin, flamingo golfing, face painting, arts and crafts, sensory activities and sign language bingo.

Campers must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or support staff and bring their own lunches, drinks and snacks.
