Artopia Gallery & Framing is once again hosting a fundraiser for the Bluewater Centre for Raptor Rehabilitation. The event’s success largely depends on local artists pitching in. Whether you are an accomplished painter or a beginner, you are invited to pick up a free 10X8 canvas from Artopia and produce a piece of artwork with a bird in any form. Artwork is to be handed in to Artopia by Sept. 17 for sale at First Friday Oct. 5.
