An outdoor Winter Carnival was held at Cathcart Boulevard school last week to celebrate French culture and learn the traditions of Quebec’s Carnaval. About 550 children took part in toboggan races, hockey, football bowling and musical entertainment.

An outdoor Winter Carnival was held at Cathcart Boulevard school last week to celebrate French culture and learn the traditions of Quebec’s Carnaval. About 550 children took part in toboggan races, hockey, football bowling and musical entertainment.
